Position: Transaction Coordinator Assistant/Marketing Administrator

Full-Time: Monday through Friday 8 to 5.

Our team thrives in a controlled chaos environment and we want you to as well. We are looking for someone that is excited to see what the day brings and wonders how they can contribute to our collective success. We are here to help each other but not micromanage, nobody’s got time for that! Lol. This is a position for someone interested in a supportive role, NOT in sales. Realtors don’t have all the fun! We work inside the RE/MAX 4000 office which is top notch in regards to location and amenities. You’ll have a great view from your new office!


Transaction Coordination

Complete Initial Paperwork on Transactions

Update Documents/Information

Monitor Deadlines

Work with Vendors & Industry Partners

Maintain CRM Database

Schedule Appointments & Coordinate/Confirm w/ All Parties

Make Decisions w/ General Understanding of Policy’s & Procedures to Achieve Set Results & Deadlines

Manage Multiple Calendars

Pay Attention to Details – They Matter

Create & Implement Marketing Campaigns

Update/Find/Create Content & Gain Followers on Social Media

Create Monthly Newsletter

Maintain & Update All Websites & Profiles

Draft Letters 

Hand-Write Personal Cards to Clients

Provide Efficient, Timely, Reliable & Courteous Service

Problem Solve & Carry Out General Instructions

Schedule Showings & Prepare Showing Sheets

Create and Edit Projects in Microsoft Office Suite

Field Phone Calls

Set Up Appointments

Ideal Candidates Skills & Experience:

1+ Year Experience in Administrative Duties

Marketing Experience/Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Applications

Uber Organized


Excellent Multi-Tasking Skills

ACCURACY in All Aspects of the Position

Experience w/ Heavy Workload & Pressure

People Pleasing Demeanor

Good Handwriting

Strong Written & Verbal Communication

Proof Reader and Mistake Finder

This job starts at approximately $11 per hour + closing bonuses.

Paid vacation time is available but no other monetary benefits. Holidays and weekends off!
